During Advent I wear a blue chausible with a purple orphry (same material--our paraments and vestments are custom made), during Lent, I wear a purple chausible. Why could I do that? I choose the hymns. <br /><br />Have your tree and your mistletoe and your poinsettias that make the question of blue or purple moot since we can't see it for all the Christmas decorations.<br /><br />There will be NO Christmas hymns before December 24.
